Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will ship out the following Monday. Holidays may affect shipping times.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. You will be able to track the status of your shipment through this email.
International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country. International customers who refuse delivery of their package will be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs and all other tax and customs charges. International orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges at this time.
If you aren’t totally in love with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return merchandise.
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted on new and unused product. Please make sure to try on your shoes on carpet or a rug. Returned shoes with scuffs or marks on the sole will not be accepted. The shoe box and dust bag must also be in new and undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (yes, this means the cost we accrue from your free shipping) . Your account will be credited within 2 weeks of receipt, minus shipping charges.
